Online Booking & Down Payment
When you book an appointment online, a deposit is required. The deposit amount varies depending on the treatment, as you will pay 30% of the total price of your booked treatment. Additionally, a transaction fee of €0.29 is added. If you reschedule your appointment at the clinic, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment.
Cancellations and Changes
- Foreclosure: We are not responsible for foreclosures. Deposits cannot be reclaimed in the event of foreclosure.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule in time, you will receive a partial refund of your deposit, minus a €10 administration fee. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
- Late Arrivals: If you are late for your treatment, the treatment duration may be shortened to accommodate other clients. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full treatment price.
- Arrival Time: Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving too early can disrupt the schedule and the comfort of other clients. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your treatment to ensure a smooth and timely check-in process.
Administration Fees
- Cancellation Fee: A €10 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling an appointment is free of charge if done at least 48 hours before the treatment. If rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
